Short Desription of the Study

This quasi-experimental study involved an experimental group (five-week PEMSC), an active control group (five-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, MBSR), and a passive control group. The participants were 135 students (Mage = 19.43) attending the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Short Desription of the findings

This study provides emprical evidence supporting the utility of the PEMSC approach as a promising and time-efficient method for improving university students' psychological well-being.
